If your child is English speaking they will be dismissed. My children are dismissed, and are falling behind because they tend to cater towards the Spanish speaking children. This is absolutely unacceptable. I agree that Spanish speaking kids need to learn English, the issue is, they are more focused...

The most beneficial way of handling the high ESL population would be to include English speakers in Spanish classes with the goal for English speakers to attain Spanish fluency and vise versa.
