The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

my four years at the school have been filled with memories of great people from parents helping out at the home football games, to my teachers helping me in school to get good grades. the school prepared me for college by providing me with honors level classes and many dual enrollment and ap class options to choose from. overall even though the school is small it is a great school with even better people running it.

Overall, I really like all the dual enrollment courses that you can take and help you get college credit for cheaper, but the student body can be very cliquey.

Coral Academy of Science is a small community where everyone is family. Students work very hard to maintain good grades. Students have dedication towards student success while being supported by teachers and staff who work there. Majority of students who attend this school are looking forward to achieving a position in their preferred career path. Sports teams do struggle with losses but the students don't let that affect their learning capabilities. The only change I would aspire to see is unity between all sports as attending this school sometimes means that sports teams feel superior over other sports teams at the school.

This school is terrible for any student that has not been in the Coral System for years. the students are clicky and closed minded and bullying is not addressed in a punitive way. The victim's are punished and the harasser's tend to get away with it. Also, the school has very limited resources, whic...

Terrible! They don’t deal with bullying in a equal way. Lots of victims got into as much trouble as the predators or more. Teachers were extremely unsupportive. They had there favorites who were treated with more respect and made the rest of the students feel not important. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend....

Coral is a solid solution if you're zoned for a "bad" school. However, there are a LOT of issue that keep it from being what I would consider a great school. The administration and teacher's view and treatment of parents and of students... the absolutely abysmal pickup/drop off protocol... the homew...

This school is a great alternative if the school you're zoned for isn't very good. However, there's definitely headaches. Dealing with teachers is one. The nightmare pickup/drop off situation is another.
