They have a policies where you cannot have unnatural colored hair, or any highlights. I got in school suspension for having a bit of blonde in my hair.

The school has two counselors at all times, and both of them are beyond wonderful. They hold classes every week for anger management and substance abuse along with scheduling appointments with students for one on one sessions if needed.

The principal there is really nice, the counselors are sweet and the teachers really try to do there job and they help us a lot and you could trust any adult there without being judged by them And I saw someone said the education was bad during the pandemic but everywhere was bad

From the experience I’ve had with the school and I’ve only had to deal with them for one year horrible the ladies in the front office don’t know what they’re doing the staffing rather be their friend than be their leaders, trying to follow them on social media and request their social media accounts...

This school is really great! The teachers really care and go above and beyond to help. The students are offered tutoring after school to help them succeed. Plus the diversity in this school is amazing and welcoming to all!

The staff at AIS is caring and amazing. Most of the staff has been there nearly 20 years by choice- they are invested and love the community and kids. They have amazing programs - AVID, ASB, STEM, band, DLI. Do not let the prior reputation fool you .
