Aikin Elementary School is a Richardson Independent School District public school. The campus is located off Pleasant Valley Drive in Dallas. The school serves pre-kindergarten through sixth grade students.
The school’s namesake is Senator A.M. Aikin, Jr. Senator Aikin served in the state legislature for over 40 years. He was known for his dedication to the improvement of education through influential legislation. His leadership in education is appreciated and recognized at state and national levels, including colleges and universities across Texas.
Teachers at Aikin Elementary School promote positive parent partnerships by maintaining and encouraging communication between the school and parents. Students receive support at the school through counseling services and successful educational programs.
