Davis Senior High School provided a good overall experience. The campus is safe, teachers are mainly good at their jobs, and the school is excellent at preparing students for college.

In my opinion, Davis Senior High school is probably the best school in the region with good academics, extracurricular opportunities, strong sports (except for football), and many supportive teachers. It's generally a good environment and many new buildings are being constructed.

I've had a mostly good experience here. I wish I had had more guidance when it came to applying to colleges and scholarships because I felt extremely lost and like I was kind of just on my own for it, which has been extremely stressful. I have had a good experience in the music program although I feel like more funding could be set aside for the music and arts programs because they are not being tended to as much as they should be in my opinion.

Competition is pretty high as the town (Davis) is a small community with a very large University of California campus, and thus is filled with parents who have advanced degrees and very high academic...

Two years here and numerous incidents jeopardizing my child's health. If you have a child with special needs of any sort, this is not the school for your family. They are too busy, disorganized, and unprofessional to handle anything other than the "typical" student and there is a very apparent disco...
