I have attended the DeForest Area School district since 4K. I am very pleased with the education I've received and the many extracurricular offerings available to students.

I would like a big change at the DeForest High School to have more students involved with each other. More friendsships and less groups. I wish that students in school would accept everyone for who they are and not what other people think. Kids are mean. And it's so hurtful. In sports, in groups, even just at lunch. I would change the way people treat each other.

It has been a couple of years since I have been at DeForest, but before I graduated they did a mostly full redo of the school and added more to the school like a new pool, another baseball pit, and new classrooms. There are teachers there that care.

The school district teachers did not care about students. They only cared about grades, not teaching.

I cannot say enough about the quality of education my children have recieved at DeForest School District! We moved here 11 years ago not knowing the area. We have a daughter in college and another still in HS. We know we made the best choice for our kids. They have had opportunities not afforded to...
