The school was under construction for a significant portion of my time at Deforest Area High School. Facilities seem to have improved significantly in the last few years. Overall good experience with teachers

At DeForest Area High School I learned more about character than my actual studies. As a minority in a predominantly white school, I learned how to work hard to get what I needed. Many simple minded teachers and student did make it difficult to be at school but I stuck with my classes to be the better person. The best part of highschool was to participate in clubs and make new friends with similar interests.
