Our son had choice of our local public high school, a very good LaSallian Catholic school to which he was accepted, and St. John's Northwestern Academies (SJNA). He had participated in summer Raider Camp @SJNA. He put together a matrix of factors comparing the 3 schools. When it came time to make his choice, SJNA was the clear winner by a large margin. In Colorado, the majority of parents we know don't have a clue about boarding schools / preparatory academies, so most didn't really understand. When they saw our son after his first year, it was often a "Wow!" moment. Everything about him said 'Growth.' Confidence, manners, responsibility, accountability, and studies. His entire extended family and support network are right on campus. He loves the gym and weight room being 50 yards from his dorm. The tradition is unmatched, and the alumni network is unbelievable. You send your kid here - they come back in a year as an adult. Students can start one place, but they can finish at SJNA.

My son started at SJNW in 7th grade and he is now a senior. He has made lifelong friends and he's developing into a fine young man. The teachers , staff and administrators take care of my son like he's their very own. I'm proud to say my son attends St. John's and I'm committed to supporting this school for the rest of my life.
