I have really liked going to my high school. It has a lot of ways for me to be successful with many extracurricular activities, sports, and the ability to get an associate degree before graduation. Additionally, career technical pathways are available to teach skills such as multimedia and woodworking.

My experience has always been good here at Chavez. A few times I have felt unsafe or unhappy. The administration made it a point to pull me out of classes for my well being. They helped a lot. They also give us many opportunities for college and career readiness. Many students are working harder to get their Associates degree before they graduate and Chavez really helps students get on track.

I personally do not have much bad experiences but I did have one where I got in trouble and got misguided. This school is great though, recently we got a California distinguished school award.

This school treats students too strictly. They are just so caught up with their number one status in the county. The ASB spends too much on pointless things leaving students with out planners or school supplies. Overall, I never enjoyed this school now that i look back. I was bullied too much from o...

I love CCHS. i am an income senior (Gooo class of 2011!! haha). currently we're not doing so great in sports... :( but i would always choose to attend CCHS because of how well we are doing academically. the teachers are great too.
