Academics were good, and they offered a variety of dual enrollment classes. However, this is changing with the new schedule in the 2023-24 school year. There seems to be an increasing amount of problems in the administration and there have been many female teachers resigning this year. Teachers were always awesome. Not very diverse.

Delano high school was a great place to grow up and goto school, I had the opportunity to get a great education, participate in sports that helped me move on to college, and make lifelong friends.

This small town is very focused on their community school. Great teachers, good class options for kids and competitive athletics. Full package.

Went there for three years, worse time of my life. Principles did basically nothing to create safe places for kids and teachers. Students were racist, homophobic, and nobody did anything to help. Any teacher that actually wanted to help kids was either laid off or left because of bad admin condition...

Staff has repeatedly broken FERPA laws and surprisingly has had no repercussions. They need to be sued...

Good school as it does prepare students well for college/the future. Teachers are mostly effective and a few are extraordinary. However, there is essentially no diversity and being anything else than a heterosexual, white, Christian Republican can quickly make you a target. Lots of legacy students w...
