There is a lot of diversity at the school and since it's relatively small, most students know each other so students are always well engaged. There is a high importance when it comes to college readiness. School offers a lot of AP classes as well so that's also really nice.

The school does amazing with ensuring that every student is represented and comfortable within the community. However, at times, the school does not prioritize the student's safety as much as they could.

I was quite the problem child back in my freshman and mainly my sophomore year I was almost like a lost cause but the resources the school provided to students helped me focus on my academics and go from failing to passing in my junior year I made tremendous growth from the kid I used to be I matured a lot -somewhat although I was not always on task I was incomparably more focused on my school work then I used to be I evolved from the little kid that would do nothing but read or play video games all of class period to a man who has been accepted by 5 different colleges two which had a 2% chance or lower to get in the environment at the school is great many teachers and administrators there are many clubs I personally recommend you for one to join BSA, chess club or even gaming club we even have a new chess class being a part of this schools community has been a great opportunity for me to grow and find a path to my success later in life

This school has exceeded all of my expectations of a high school. They have a formula that encourages students to excel and prepares them for college. They offer a variety of after school clubs, sports and activities. I am extremely grateful that my daughter is a part of this very special DSST CG fa...
