Nichols is a great school. I have had experiences with many of the teachers in the school, and they all care about the students. One teacher called it her "ministry". I would give this school 5 stars except for the Principle. She means well, but is very inexperienced. She wants to skirt around the issues or problems rather than just taking them head on and fixing them. The teaching staff is phenomenal. Don't let the DPS "brand" fool you. For the school is small as far as a bigger gym, lunch and an area for performances. I went to a school that went from k-8 and it was just a little bigger.
