Douglas county High school is a great school according to my experience so far. I just have one year since I move here and so far, it's not bad. If you want to learn the teachers, the counselors will help you, guide you. They are there for their students.

My experience at Douglas county high school has been short lived but a spectacular time. The school not only welcomes you but they provide you with the best teachers possible. They're very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff there as well is very nice too and are open to any questions and concerns you may have. While the buildings and food might be outdated , the school spirt and culture makes up for it. You can tell the kids love that school and so does the administration. I would recommend this school to anyone wanting to take their academic or athletic career serious.

My experience at Douglas County High School has been very well so far. I am currently enrolled in the IB program, so while I cannot speak for the rest of the school, I believe the environment is okay.

This is the first year that my daughter have been in this school, and for what she have been told me that the school is pretty good, the students are the ones who are bad. For me it's pretty good high school.

The sports team are under new leadership (especially football) and they made it to the second round of the State Playoffs...
