We live in a very privileged area with very high quality schools and teachers. They are always engaging andfocused to help us learn. However, they tend to favor students who do better in class.

Overall, the student body doesn't experience any threatening situations. There is a lot of drama, but no actual bullying. The faculty seems to handle everything well enough.

I am very blessed to be going to such a school where students can be academically challenged and where I can thrive. In this environment, the competition is only preparing us for what we will actually be experience in high school when everyone is going for the top rank. I wouldn't call it cut-throat, but if you're not studying, you're going to be out soon.
