My overall experience at Hillside High School was alright. To me, it was mediocre because personally I felt like I didn't get to experience much because of my shyness. Next school year I will hopefully change my views on the school.

I've had a fun experience with hillside, I've made great connections with students and administration, and the school in total was a great experience

I enjoy the school for the most part, but I have struggled to feel completely safe at school. Students tend to be very rebellious and teachers tend to dismiss poor behavior, however it is very much possible to exceed. The environment is very nice and bonds are great. Academics and resources could use a lot more support.

This is horrible school. The staff don't care about the children and the principal is horrible. All the kids do here is fight. They don't have services for special needs children and will discriminate against you.

Hillside high school is the best high school in the city of Durham and beyond.The teacher challenge the students to make them push to be great, well rounded productive citizens.Both of my children and myself are graduates of Hillside high school and I recommend this outstanding school to any student...
