East Ridge high school is a really diverse school. I personally like the JROTC program because it helps me meet new people. A lot of people think it's a bad school but honestly if you just hang out with the right people nobody will bother you. It also depends on the person because we go to school to learn and not to just have fun. You will learn if you have the willingness but if not then theirs no point in coming to school. No school is perfect but we the students make a big impact on how our school functions. The bad things are there are many students who don't do the right thing but I'm focused on doing my best in my classes and be on of the top students in my class.

I attended the school during my high school years and graduated in 2018. I can say that some teachers actually cared for the students. I feel like some were a bit prejudiced and rude, however it's and average PW school.

I loved the idea that anyone can come to East Ridge. It felt more like a family and a community, and for that alone, I will forever love this school. My classmates were everyday people who wanted to succeed just like me. I enjoyed their encouragement, their stories, and most importantly, their friendship. My teachers were amazing not only as teachers but moral support and people who were understanding no matter the situation.
