This it's the school that I went to and I came during my 8th grade without knowing any English but thanks to the school support I make friends, I did sports I had communication with teachers and over everything good y learned English really fast in my last semester of my senior year I took English composition 1021 and I passed that class with a B+ for the teachers and classmates support inside school

Some things I love about Jefferson is the connections we make with teacher it's such a closely knit bond between staff and students. One thing that has helped me for college readiness is probably having dual enrollment class all throughout my highschool careers.i hope the narrative changes for Jefferson ,I hope for the future we're not known as the "Ghetto"school anymore.

I liked how at the time we had teachers who let us be creative and explore different parts of ourselves while learning, but now they took all the creativity away. Years ago, before I even got there, they let the students paint murals in every wall and some doors, recently they took it all down. Disappointing.
