Overall, EGHS is a decent school. I fear that there are some sports being more favored than the others, but the staffs work hard to make everyone feel included. Administration can be strict and advisors may be counterproductive, but with the right amount of collaboration, things can get done.

Overall, in my experience in this school, I had a lot of experiences that were both good and bad. Even though my experiences have mostly been good, there is still a lot of negativity involving many of the areas of engagement in the school. I would like to see change in the variety of food that we eat since it is becoming clear that the food budget isn't being properly put to use and the efficiency of handing out food is mediocre.

Elk Grove high school is a great community to be in. Sure every school has their ups and downs but overall I feel safe and as if the teachers care for us as their own. Elk Grove high school is a great place to grow your education and further your involvement in FFA. The FFA program is amazing at this school, the teachers are beyond amazing and so involved. I have grown as a person at this school. The sports programs are good. Golf was an amazing experience for myself and helped me gain so much confidence. All in all I am very happy/ satisfied with my experiences at Elk Grove high school.

I love this school. I have excellent teachers and anytime I have needed help i have gotten it. Also the music teacher is amazing. I love being in band and color guard and this is my first year of high school. So this not a bad school in my opinion.

I graduated from EGHS and I loved it! The teachers really put an emphasis on leadership and if you want to play sports or get involved with a club, there are a lot of opportunities and encouragement. The school is rich with history and pride and tradition, something I'm not sure many students today...
