Most teachers are friendly, the curriculum is good, but there are a lot of smokers in the bathroom. Students can't use the bathroom during passing period because of this. Also, the tardy policy is ridiculous because it just makes you more late to class. The new digitized bathroom passes are an issue too. Sometimes a student really needs to use the bathroom, but the system does not let them.

Monterey Trail is a great school that has teachers and staff who care about students and want them to succeed.

I have been enrolled at Monterey Trail since my freshman year of high school, I can say it is a fairly good school. However, admin could improve as well as activities.

I love this school! The teachers and staff are GREAT! They are so dedicated and want to help. If you talk to the counselors, they will help you choose the classes needed. You will enjoy the variety of electives, sports programs and the overall community and campus feel.
