I have 2 children at Hawthorne, and our experience could not be better. When transferred from a private school in Chicago, our oldest was struggling to keep up with her classmates due to a learning disability. Within 3 months of attending Hawthorne, she was exceeding classroom averages and thriving....

I have two children who currently attend Hawthorne- our experience has been outstanding! Both children are thriving and being challenged by their teachers. The community has been welcoming and they have made many friends. Overall- 5 stars!!

I have had three children go through this school. We've had a wonderful experience. The office staff is very helpful and welcoming, and we've loved every teacher with the exception of one, who has since retired. I was very involved with the PTA and and felt accepted immediately.
