My child was constantly bullied while at this school. Everett School District claims to have a zero tolerance policy on bullying, yet they do no enforce it. Both our kids had a good experience at Penny Creek. Our younger one graduated from here this year. Both of them got in the HC (Gifted) program and enjoyed the academic challenge.
