Best part is how there is people from our community college that come and help us out with anything that we need. Worst part is how teachers get mad when we get pulled out to do college things. I want better security for the school.

My experience in the Hayward school system has been all over the place. I have seen people come and go, from students to teachers. The diversity is extensive you find everything but the academics and environment can be better

I liked my experience at Hayward High overall, it was a good 4 years for me academically and socially. I would like student voice to be heard more and to have an open campus.

Both my children have excelled at Hayward High. My daughter is now entering her sophomore year at UC Berkeley and my son is definitely UC bound. Their AP program is excellent and prepped my daughter well for the academic curriculum at Berkeley. Just stay in your kid's "business", make sure they take...

So far so good. I recently transferred my kids here from Impact Academy due to the drug use and overly relaxed teaching styles there. So far both of my kids say they much prefer Hayward High. They have many more opportunities for enrichment, like football and jazz band and because there is a larger...

The homework they have her for algebra and English during a time like this is insane. Now so many stressed out kids need summer school.

Terrible leadership starting at the top with Vice Principal Andrea Hayes. I live in the community and watched how she interacted with students and how she behaved in front of them. I am deeply concerned about the kind of atmosphere she creates.
