Root Elementary is an amazing school. The teachers are phenomenal and care deeply about all of their children. The administration is responsive and knowledgeable and the parents and families at the school are involved and care about everyone's well-being.

Something has happened at Root and it isn't the school it once was. The teaching is very uneven. Many first year teachers, many substitutes. Not a lot of teachers have been there very long at all.
