Most of the teachers I have had at Foley have been amazing. Very few are bad teachers but most of the teachers don't seem to know how to deal with the kids at the school. Most teachers struggled to control the kids in their classes and ignored them even when they would harass me and many other students. Some of my best experiences are playing in our amazing Wind ensemble with one of the best teachers I've had while my worst experiences are in my freshmen year of Algebra. In Algebra I was harassed and the teacher did absolutely nothing about it even after being told to do so. I would like to see more teachers able to control their classrooms and less students being rude and disrespectful.

Our school has really been focusing on college readiness. I've actually liked it more than I expected to. The two things I would like to see improve is the teacher's level of education and bullying consequences.

I really enjoyed Foley Senior High School. I loved the atmosphere. Everyone knew each other and didn't just feel like another student to the teachers. They all knew you by name and made you feel like they really cared about how you did in school.

Foley High School provides a caring small-town feel with big-town opportunities. I knew every single one of my classmates by name, and felt comfortable enough to approach any of my teachers with my comments or concerns. Also, I was able to participate in over a dozen activities, athletic and academi...

FHS continues to create a hostile, disrespectful environment for our students. We have unmotivated staff, administration and teachers that create and promote an environment that teaches and instills a prison like atmosphere.
