The teachers care about their students and are very helpful. The only downside is they bring politics into their lessons which is distracting

Foresthill High school is a small school in a small town and that will never change. The school is limited in certain aspects due to the fact that the district does not provide adequate funding. We have limited teachers although we have good test scores. We also have had many classes cut although with classes being available online and through distance it allows us to still thrive. Each student at Foresthill High School takes large steps to over come these boundaries including me.

The school does not offer all major sports programs. Recently they have become more responsive and proactive with supporting sports programs. I think sports programs are very important in high school. Until this current year I do not feel that the school placed enough value in their sports programs.

I have had a good experience with my son here. It’s small but he has been able to play multiple sports and still get good grades because they have a flexible period for athletes. This school has little in regards to AP/Dual Enrollment opportunities. The teachers are very “meh” when it comes to teaching and keeping kids involved. There are very few extra curricular activities available. The only kids that are given attention are the ones that are in baseball or football. The...

This is a great school. They have wonderful caring teachers and I know they do everything they can to raise their scores. The problem is that many of the higher achieving kids go down to Placer High where there are more AP classes. Forersthill has about 6 AP classes. Not bad for a school with 230 ki...
