My son is beginning his 5th year at Capital Day & I cannot say enough about how good it has been for him. The teachers consistently go above & beyond (including using their own personal unpaid time to stay after school & help him) to help him, working with his own particular needs & consistently challenging him while also encouraging him & helping him build his confidence. Additionally, the overall community of kids, parents & teachers has been an absolute blessing to us both. Its a wonderful school.

My son has been at Capital Day School since first grade. He is going into eighth this year. The education that he has received and the one on one attention that he has received from the teachers has been truly amazing! I could not be happier with CDS! I highly recommend this school to everyone who wants to put their child's education first.

My son attended Capital Day school from pre-school till 8th grade. He is currently in the high School and doing quite well from his experience and curriculm at CDS. I recommend CDS for it small classroom and ability for teachers to focus on each individual. The classwork is a bit advanced for typical public middle school, with heavy focus on writing and math. But this focus definitely prepares a student for any course work in High School or course work beyond High School.

The teachers and administration maintain strong communication with me regarding my daughter's learning. We are entering our third year with the school and the growth she has shown as a 5 year old is remarkable. We love the school community and it's involvement with the city and neighborhoods.

I have had my 3 kids at Capital Day School for the last 3 years and coming into our 4th year. I absolutely love the small classes and the hands on work with the students. I would definitely recommend Capital Day School.
