GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I loved 97% of the classes I took while in high school. I was also very involved in the band organizations which were my life. Those groups are what rooted me to that school and crafted my love for it. Along with certain teachers who have helped me go above and beyond what o expected to in high school. With papers, projects, a real job and community service. I also worked in the library as an assistant and I loved it and our librarian. That school was my home away from home because I was Always there. And I made so many deep connections that I would not have chosen to attend any other school.

They have a monitoring page where we can see grades and assignments, whats missing and any teacher comments. They are more than willing to give extra assignments for extra credit if the child needs it.

Constant bullying and nothing is done about it. It's infuriating.

The staff doesn't really care about your mental health despite the classes they teach, they don't help LGBTQ groups, they don't respect minorities, and they're generally insensitive to kids who struggle. They do next to nothing about bullying. I've seen...

My experience at Franklin High School was superb. However, the reason being is I was lucky enough to enter the "Honors" track at a very young age. Franklin City School district is very keen on separating their "gifted" students from the average students, and usually do so starting around second or t...
