The Ratios Students to Teachers are not 12:1. It is at least 19 students per teacher. For the past 3 years, most of the GOOD teachers were either moved to other schools or retired. The principal has the tendency to get involved with very minor issues. There is a student in her office in trouble at all times. Sensitivity training is passed out for the most minor instances.
