Academic pressure is prevalent, but decreasing over the years. Mental health support has grown to help students very well.

The school is very good with academics and everyone that attends the school is very dedicated to learning. However, there could be more opportunities for harder coursework.

Irvington high school has numerous opportunities for students. It has a wide range of classes that students can take, and numerous clubs for students to join. I was able to discover some of my true passions through the club opportunities that Irvington offers students.
