My daughter looked forward to attending Fryeburg Academy for her whole childhood and when we went abroad for her freshman year she was disappointed not to be at FA. When deciding to return or not we realized there was no better school than FA for what she wanted - strong arts and academics.

My child had a very positive experience at FA. He enjoyed pretty much all of his classes and felt prepared for college. It's exciting to see that the school is adding new programs and offerings.

This school is unjust and unfair to all of their students. There are so many things that get pushed under the rug and there is no true reasoning.

Let me tell you the dark side of Fryeburg. Bullying intervention completely failed, dorm parent was off-putting and Dean's office was brutal to the minority student. Better to know someone who is a lawyer before attends Fryeburg.
