With a mission to inspire the love of learning, Towne Meadows Elementary serves more than 600 children in pre-kindergarten through sixth grade in the Gilbert Public Schools District.
As a recent A+ School of Excellence winner, Towne Meadows strives to challenge all of its students to grow and succeed in a positive environment. It’s no surprise, then, that students here often earn test scores in reading and math well above the state averages.
Following the lead of its district, the school also integrates music, arts, library and physical education into the daily calendar to further enhance learning and personal development in and out of the classroom. Plus, students can acquire the skills necessary to succeed in the 21st century through an award-winning Digital Citizenship Curriculum.
On top of the usual school day, students can also explore a range of enrichment activities offered in the district including art, beginners sports training, chess, dance, music and robotics, among others.
To help every Towne Meadow Timberwolf feel like a part of the community, the school hosts a number of spirit days, movie nights and student concerts and festivals throughout the year, so everyone attending Towne Meadows Elementary can shine.
