Honestly it's a lovely school, I just wish it cared more for its LGBTQ+ student populace. In all honesty the level of education does very little to make up for the fact that many queer students feel ostracized from their peers, and in many cases actively get bullied for who they are. It's an unfortunate student environment, spectacular student education

It was excellent academically, but there is sever homophobia, racism, and a lack of care from the staff about these issues.

I believe that Gilford High School is a great school, they staff takes academics seriously as well as sports and other extracurricular's. It is a good school that is very safe and everyone is nice for the most part. Some teachers are better then others but that will come with every career that you'll go in, in my opinion Gilford High School is a great place to go to school.

These kids are teenagers and have bad days just like anyone else. I don't feel my child gets the help he needs. And it's all about the approach from a teac...

Avoid moving to Gilford or Gilmanton, specifically because of this school. This place has no business calling itself an institute of education. Numerous teachers with no clue how to educate. Complete joke.

One of the worst schools that I've had the misfortune of attending.

AP scores off the charts in all subjects. Arts program that leads New England with theatre and musical productions. I've been in Gilford three years now and see a vibrant school with outstanding leadership.
