Canyon Elementary School, home of the Coyotes, is located in Glendale, Arizona and is a part of the Peoria Unified School District. The school has a student population of about 300 students and serves students in kindergarten through eighth grades.

Staff does nothing to correct racism at this school. A child who is a minority themselves, tells an African American child, Quote "Shut up black girl, before I out you on a farm". End quote This wassail during a basketball game, however this racist language should never be tolerated.

We love Canyon! We transitioned here from homeschooling and they were so welcoming and kind to my kids. My oldest has promoted to high school and she was truly sad to leave her junior high teachers behind. We have two kids at Canyon this upcoming year and we know that this is the best place for them...

I absolutely LOVE this school!! My kiddos have been attending for 9 years now and I couldn't have asked for a better school for them to attend. The administration is fantastic and really on point. The teachers and staff are amazing as well.
