Godley High School has been extremely good to me. Their sports and clubs have been great and welcoming. I always look forward to eating what they have for lunch because most of the time it is delicious. There are some things that haven't been so great. The teachers are not great at communication, so it causes confusion at times. The school also isn't on top of the dual credit program. I would like to see them more involved with dual credit. Maybe even make it available to more people.

The school is very engaging and provides many opportunities for students to grow in many trades. The teachers are caring and the environment is very calming.

Godley is a small town where the community is very tight-knit and involved in all school activities. Being that the community is small, you get to know everyone, and become more of a family rather than a school full of strangers. The school itself is nice, a new high school was just built, and they do a great job of hiring teachers that really care about the lives of students and create relationships with all of the kids. I am happy to have went to high school there.

Godley HS, and the ISD as a whole is underperforming academically, by a TON. They care more about image and athletics than true education. This district amounts to nothing more than an assembly line designed to keep the revenue stream coming in and they could care less about true education. The issu...

Absolutely horrible. They aren’t even at the states requirement of “literacy” but most students have great grades with NO homework… hmmm and if you’re interested in the school then ask how these straight A students with no homework did on the STAAR exams over the past several years, horrible. The pr...

I love the administration at this campus. From what I can tell, Mr Carnes has created and up beat atmosphere there that allows kids and staff to really enjoy being there. My son was a new freshman, starting out knowing no one. He has said the students have made him feel very welcomed.

I cheered here for 4 years and was challenged in the Class room and on the field to be my best.
