GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The staff is very controlling but doesn't usually know what they are even teaching. They have googled answers in front of me.

This school tells us each year that they do nit tollorate bullying but every year we see more students complaining about the way they are treated by otheres or even by teachers.

I enjoy being a part of Wheatland High School. The teachers and staff have helped me grow to who I am. The academics here have helped me finish some Gen Eds before I go to college. Some things I would like to change would be that we should offer more college classes. We offer about 8 semester classes and I wish that number could be higher. I would also like to help get the community more involved. Our community is only involved in sports and I think they should get more involved with other clubs and organizations. My high school has always been a second home to me. I know when I'm in college I will have a safe place I can come back to for a Friday night game or help out clubs with fundraisers. This will be a place I will be happy to come back to.
