My child gained a great deal of confidence at this school. She graduated as 8th grade valedictorian, and was accepted into a top-notch high school. However, her first year in high school was a challenge because the rigor of the academics at this college-prep high school was much more intense that at DLS. She had the core basics, however, and her new high school is so fantastic that she was able to quickly adapt and now is doing very well in high school.

I see a lot of old reviews, especially about leadership. We’ve been here for two years and Ms. Monaco(principal) has done a fantastic job, I did hear that she brought in a lot of new staff when we started and things have been great. Very happy.

Please look elsewhere if you want your children to thrive and excel in their academic career. This school poorly prepare their students for high school. Their elementary curriculum falls beneath all other catholic schools around. Families and children deserve better.

Overall positive, but this school needs leadership help and fast! Out with the old - in with the new!

Positive experience. I work at a public school and feel that De La Salle does well in preparing students for all grade level material.
