Our daughter has been attending Caprock since kindergarten, and is now in 5th grade. We still think this is the best all-around school locally, especially for academics. We do have personal experience with other schools with our other daughter. The staff is excellent. Specifically, one of the Deans, Mrs. Clayton, is a valuable asset to the school, through her genuine caring and attention to detail of daily student life at the school.

The teachers really do care about your education and always encourage you to do better. The teachers are always there to help you personally and are open to extensions and sometimes even tutoring.

I love how academics is the primary focus, but the staff has gone through many lengths to care about my child's character, including her social and relational skills. I feel safe knowing my child isn't being forced taught what is popular in society at the time. You have allowed parents to teach what parents are meant to teach and just focus on what schools are supposed to be focused on.

Its not the kids bullying, its the teachers. I'm in 9th grade now and I go to GJHS but when I did elementary school here, it was horrible. My teachers gave me a C- in reading because of one question I got wrong. Like I get it strict is good but y'all are becoming tyrants. The dress code is atrocious...

Teachers bullied my kids. They outcasted us as parents. They made me buy new shoes every 2 weeks. They won't let you talk to your kids the second they step foot out of your car.
