I covered a bit of this in other reviews. The front office is the first thing you see when you walk in. it is who works with the students. You need someone there that connects to parents and students and i think Adams has needed help in this area for a while. The Principal has a difficult time with social situations and connecting with people. She is not a bad person but i think that Adams could do better.

Condition of the school is old. needs improvement. Busing is good. Guidance counselors are great.

The teachers take their responsibility seriously and from what I see do a good job instructing. One major gripe is, there is not a clear structure.
