The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Halls High School is an overall pretty good school with good opportunities. There are great teachers and administrators who care about your future and want to see you succeed to your fullest potential. However, there are a few things I'd change. Such as, more knowledge and preparation with college.

Before COVID-19 I enjoyed the freedom my peers and I got to experience when starting out as a freshman. Over the years that freedom changed and new administration and rules were enforced. I would love to see a change in administration and a change in their problem solving abilities.

This school tries their best to challenge their gifted students, but is too small to carry out. They cannot give the best education possible.

I graduated in 2008 and i feel that this school does not prepare you for life after high school. Especially not if you plan to go to college.
