HAPA is a good place for academic rigor and college readiness. I love the high school atmosphere and the teachers wanna get to know you. Yet, there is no diversity because everyone is either Hmong or Karen. Also, there is no autonomy there because you either follow trends or follow everybody else. Also, there is this subtle ignorance of people who are lonely and have no friends. It's concerning. If you do come here, you have to blend in to be accepted.

HAPA is an amazing place, everybody there feels like a family. The teachers, staffs, and students are all like a family. The connection between teachers and student is extremely strong. The thing that I feel could use improvement is giving more us more clubs and extracurricular

During my time at Hmong American Peace Academy, I had made really great memories. All of the teachers make sure we are getting the help we need, they give us the best advise to move forward.
