THe school does not have a discipline plan that is positive or enforced. There is bullying, constant interruptions to instruction and the environment is not planful or geared to improving this situation. W/O management there is no learning.

The academic program is weak overall. The communication in general is very poor. The administration does not seem to know what they are doing. Poorly managed, no sense of community, no sense of shared vision or inspiration. Very sad state of affairs in a school that has lots of resources as an Improvement School. SOS ...Someone save this ship...its awful.
