The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

The best school in Otero County. A shining example of how all schools should be. Thank you to the teachers and staff for making it such a wonderful experience for me and my family.
We have loved one of our child's teacher, and been really disappointed with the other one. He doesn't have any follow through with the kids academically and then tells the parents at parent-teacher conferences that all the students are up to ten weeks behind. I really dislike the layout of the schoo...
The principal is HoRRIBLe. The principal and front staff are rude and don't take care of business. Don't send your kids to this school. There are tons of behavioral issues and the teachers don't have the support of the principal to resolve the issues. All they care about is testing.
