The staff are very caring at Kapalama. The teachers are very involved with the students even after they move onto another grade level. You can tell that every person loves their job.

Despite being a big school with over 500 students, the staff are very much involved with each individual. Communication between teacher and parent is excellent. From K-5, they emphasize the need to take care of themselves and others. Incentives are given as a means of positive discipline. Not much p...
