My high school is located in a district where resources are limited, and many students come from low-income households. The trailers that serve as classrooms stand in place of proper buildings. In these cramped worn down spaces, the lack of resources is evidence. There is often a shortage of basic supplies, and teachers are stretched thin with large class sizes.

My experience at my high school was very good and helpful and stressful at the same time.I was involved in many clubs like National Honor Society as the Secretary,Black Student Union,Math Club, Drumline co captian,Football team captain,Track team leader and etc.I would change our school environment like getting us a building

The school overall was very welcoming and had great teachers who deeply cared more about the students than the pay check. The teachers were always tested to their either that be by the students themself or even the adminstration. This proved the teachers cared deeply for the students if they didn't leave the school. From the very first day of freshmen year I made friends very quickly long term friends at that. The school showed us unity and friendship as we all grew to senior year. I saw the worst of class of 2023 as well as the best of 23 however we all came togther as a class to a bond towards eachother. I deeply am thankful for KIPP every little experinced was important.
