My experience at Howell High School was very good as it prepared to attend the University of Michigan. I made connections with great people and great faculty. However good the people are, the academics at Howell are very lackluster compared to surrounding schools like Hartland and Brighton. These schools have a much better academic record and produce more college ready students, whereas, Howell does not.

My favorite parts of high school were finding out what I enjoyed doing through the involvement of many clubs and classes. I then built on these throughout my high school career into leadership positions and into more challenging classes. The best part of high school was meeting many great people and experiencing so many fun things with these people as a group to connect. The worst part was staying up super late or not going to sleep sometimes to get work done for classes I did not enjoy. I have been pretty sleep-deprived trying to stay on top of everything and I am not sure yet if it was worth it.

Just an overall awful school old outdated underfunded inexperience principal. The principal is the reason why the school is 6 out of 10.He has no business being a principal since he supports.Students over teachers and teachers become burned out. Unsupported, And miserable. This then translate to you...

My teacher was upset when I was wearing my mask in class and the vice principal took my mask when I was wearing it in the hall, which in my opinion is unjustified and unnecessary. Further more the school security guard went into a class I was in (my teacher said I could wear my mask) and took my oth...

I was provided with a outstanding education here. I continued on earning a post graduate degree. The opportunity is there if students want it. But, like anything else I life, it takes personal dedication, and work. So, for those reviewers on here blaming the school because his or her child was faili...

I had a great experience at Howell High School. I had some really awesome teachers who not only cared about me as a student but as a person. This school is very big and I love how many different class options were available. I would definitely recommend this school to others!
