Iva Elementary is a great school. There is a strong group of teachers that work hard to provide an excellent education to a very high poverty area.

This school is prejudice. There is only one african american teacher. The teachers do not care about helping a struggling student. They have poor communication skills. If a child is struggling in school they are suppose to notify the parent. NAACP needs to investigate this school.

Excellent teachers: well educated, loving and caring of the students and community. In dire need of a quality leader in the front office with modern concepts and sophisticated thinking.
