The athletics are horrible. Since the academy shares very old facilities with university sports things constantly get rescheduled and difficulty scheduling. Faculty is pretty transient and there isn't a great desire to succeed.

In my 8 years of being enrolled at J. Frank White Academy, I have grown immensely. I would say all the staff and faculty have pushed me to work harder in every aspect of my academic career. I hold great respect for each one of them for showing me anything is possible. All my teachers have supported me each step of the way and showed me how things were done. As far as changing things, I think they need to help promote the younger kids more. They have put a lot of attention on high school, but the younger kids are our future, and they need as much help as I need as I pursue my future. J. Frank White Academy has been a huge inspiration to me and will help me to continue this exciting path I will be journeying down in my future.

Small classes, great teachers. In your junior and senior year you are offered to take college classes at LMU. The school is located on the LMU campus and is in the beautiful town of Harrogate, TN.

This is an excellent school and the benefits far outweigh the costs of attendance. If your child is college bound and you are looking for a program that will prepare them for a college environment, JFWA is the place. JFWA is a great school my daughter recently transferred there from a local public school and she loves it. The teachers keep me super involved and the academics are great! Don't send your child here if they don't want to learn though it does take effort.
