This is the ONLY school not only in Duval county dedicated to students with dyslexia, but the ONLY school in the surrounding counties dedicated to meeting the special needs of children with dyslexia. GRASP Academy is a public school in Jacksonville for Dyslexic students. The teachers use the Orton-Gillingham method for teaching students which is the preferred methodology for students with dyslexia. Having such a resource available in our area is invaluable.
