Highlands Middle School is a magnet school specializing in Aviation and Military Science for grades six through eight. In addition to core subjects, Highlands offers students a unique opportunity to develop their interest in aviation and leadership skills. Students at Highlands Middle School are required to wear uniforms; each grade wears a different color. The Wildcats show school spirit in various sports, including football, basketball and cheerleading. Numerous clubs also engage students, such as the Spanish Club, the Art Club and the Student Government Association. This school offers numerous opportunities for students to learn transferrable skills they can take on to future endeavors.
