My overall experience at Terry Parker High School has been interesting, to say the least. There's not much school spirit, we don't have events, and safety was a big issue my first couple of years. However, it has improved. You will bond with some of the students and staff on deep levels. I never wanted to attend TPHS, but it wasn't the worst experience I've had approaching my last month of school. I can honestly say there are people I would miss.

I think the best part of my Terry Parker High school experience is how being at this school made me to realize how the world actually works and that what happens to you you high school doesn't define who you are as a person. The worst part of my Terry Parker experience is the environment; there are hardly any clubs or activities for students to express themselves and how faculty and teachers sometimes treat students based on their own personal biases.

I've been homeschooled all my life before going here so I was worried I might not be ready for the experience. But I've met a lot of people and made a lot of friends, and I've come to enjoy my classes and appreciate the school more. All in all I'm having a lot of fun.

I would rate my experience at this school as an average experience. The administrative stuff and the teachers are really nice and helpful. The security is screaming at the students to move. Terry Parker has an International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. It is small and friendly, teachers are helpful and caring. Our daughter had opportunity to attend the largest IB school in tge county but decided to go here. We are happy she did! And she loves the school!
