With four campuses city-wide, The Bolles School is a coed college preparatory school. The San Jose campus serves students in grades 9 through 12. , Bolles of San Jose is a popular option for high school students, with plenty of opportunities in sports, the arts and academic excellence. Founded in 1933 as a military school for boys, the campus has grown to over 1,700 students and 90 boarding school attendees. Expansion of the school since its opening includes a vast campus complete with a library, two gymnasiums, a fine arts center, three residence halls, an aquatics center, a tennis complex, two stadiums, a softball field, boathouse, family crew complex and a marine science center. Students receive a world-class education at The Bolles School, and attendees include students from all over the globe. The Bolles School provides students with opportunities to serve the community. With over 60 club offerings, participants work in differing areas based on their unique interests. Some students even choose to travel and do community service in other countries.

This school has severe administration problems and biases against people of color, women, and anyone who isn't a straight white male. They do nothing about bullying problems or social issues, even when students live on campus. It's extremely sad what happens behind the scenes with everything they cover up.

Great College Prep School. Academics and Athletics are wonderful. Teachers and Coaches are top notch. Diversity could be improved, but I believe they are working on it.

Known for both their sports and academic programs, The Bolles School excels in comparison to other schools. The Bolles School seems like its own separate world. Walking onto campus is an instant mind reset. Obviously in a scholastic sense, but also in a social sense. The school exudes professionalism, elitism, and strength.
